These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website mdobindustry.online and any services provided by MDOB Industry (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the Site

You may browse the Site and use the Contact, Request a Quote, and Write for Us forms for legitimate business enquiries. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or submit false or malicious information through our forms.

Services

Specific project scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed separately in writing (via quotation, proposal, or contract) before any paid work begins. Submitting a Request a Quote form does not itself create a binding agreement — it is the start of a conversation.

Quotes and Payment

Quotes provided are estimates based on the information supplied and may be revised once full project requirements are confirmed. Payment terms, milestones, and any deposit requirements will be set out in the project agreement for each engagement.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of MDOB Industry unless otherwise stated, and may not be reproduced without permission. Ownership of deliverables created for clients transfers as agreed in the relevant project contract, typically upon full payment.

Guest Contributions

By submitting content through our Write for Us form, you confirm the work is your own original writing, does not infringe any third party’s rights, and you grant us permission to review, edit, and publish it on the Site if accepted. We reserve the right to decline any submission.

Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party websites (including client project links and social media). We are not responsible for the content or practices of external sites.

Limitation of Liability

The Site and its content are provided “as is.” While we take care to keep information accurate and the Site secure and available, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Site, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from use of the Site or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
